articles and chapters of specialized books and journals, including Chapter 3
"The New Mexican Banking System" included in the Volume 3 of
the Mexican Law: A Treatise for Legal Practitioners and International
Investors published by West Group; and “Rethinking Corporate
Governance: The Role of Minority Shareholders – A Comparative
Study” included in Volume 31, Number 3, 2000 of the St. Mary’s
Law Journal.
